Door lock solenoids are getting stuck
Doors with power locks use solenoids to unlock the door. These solenoids are attached to the door lock. If the solenoids are getting stuck, the door may periodically stay locked. The door lock solenoid, when stuck, may prevent the key or lever from unlocking the door by holding the lock in one position.
