Bent axle
A bent axle can cause a wheel to wobble. This may create a side to side motion at low speeds and vibration at high speeds.

Causes
Impact or Collision
In order to bend an axle a certain amount of force must occur to the vehicle. A car crash or hitting a bump at high speed may bend an axle.
Heavy Load
Carrying extremely heavy objects may also exert enough force to bend an axle.
