Parking Brake

A parking brake, also called an emergency brake, hand brake, or e-brake, is an alternative method of stopping an automobile. The parking brake can also be used when parking on hills to prevent the car from rolling. While the primary purpose of a parking brake is stopping or parking, it can be used while driving to regain control or drift.
