Busted radial cord
A busted or broken radial cord can cause a warping of a tire's shape. This will cause variations in driving such as pulling to one side or a wobbly sound.

Causes
Worn Tire
A tire can wear under normal usage. Various parts of the tire can wear at different rates. Wear on the --link(carpedia, 761)tire tread can cause abnormal strain on radial cords. The resulting pressure can cause them to break or wear.
Impact or Friction Damage
An impact from a pothole or friction caused by drastic braking can cause strain that will weaken or damage a radial cord.
