Plugged fuel filter

A plugged fuel filter will reduce the amount of fuel reaching the engine. The filter cleans the fuel before it reaches the engine. As the impurities are removed, they can build and eventually clog the filter.

Engine Stalls

If the engine is stalling, it may not receiving enough fuel. The fuel filter removes impurities before the fuel reaches the engine. If there is enough build up, the flow of fuel through the filter will be impeded. This will result in a lower level of fuel reaching the engine.
