Defective wiper motor

The wiper motor is what moves the wipers. If the motor is defective, the wipers may not move, move slower, or move a little. The wipers may also not dispense wiper fluid.

Wipers Don't Work

Since the wipers are driven by the wiper motor, if the motor is defective, the wipers will not work properly.

Wipers Don't Dispense Fluid

The can wipers dispense fluid during operation. This is usually in conjunction with wiper movement. If the wipers cannot move, the fluid dispenser may not operate.
