Who won the European leagues?

Hi, I'm in the NBA playoffs and was curious to see who won the European tournaments. But for the life of me, I can't figure it out. I've been to the standings pages and seen those, but I can't make heads or tails of them. Is there a way to see who won the cups? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
