Car repair shop

Hi, I took my car to the repair shop and i have been waiting for like 5 ingame days and have heard nothing (this is second time this has happened). I have been sitting near the phone pretty much whole time. I went to check the car. its still in sameplace outside like i left it and the paper where you choose what to do is not there anymore. Should i just wait more and hope the best? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
