Vents plugged or restricted

If the vents are plugged or restricted, the air flow from the blower will be diminished. Depending on the amount of restriction, air may flow while the vehicle is moving, then slow or stop when the vehicle has stopped.

Symptoms

Vents Don't Blow Air

If the vents are not free from obstruction, the air flow will be hindered. If there is sound coming from the vents as if the blower is on, the vents are probably restricted. If there is no sound when the blower is on, odds are there is a problem with the blower motor.
