Defective temperature gauge

A defective temperature gauge can lead to serious problem. The gauge tells the driver the engine temperature. If the gauge is defective, it will relay the wrong information, which may cause the driver to miss warning signs of overheating.

Temperature Gauge Fluctuates Randomly

The temperature gauge should remain relatively from moment to moment. A rapid drop or rise in the gauge may be the sign of a defect. The gauge is supposed to start out low, and rise slowly with the engine temperature.
