Defective power lock wires in the door jamb

Defective wires in the power lock system can prevent electrical current from being sent to the solenoids. If the current cannot reach the solenoids, the power locks cannot work.

Power Locks Don't Work

Defective wires prevent power locks from working. If there is no sound coming from the doors when the power lock button is pressed, the wires may not be carrying the current to the solenoids.
