Power Locks Don't Work

If the power locks are neither locking nor unlocking the doors, the control switch may be defective. The switch can become loose in its frame, and be unable to make the connection. There may also be an absence of sound when pushing the switch. If there is sound coming from the doors when the switch is pressed, the problem lies elsewhere.
