Carburetor Barrel

The carburetor barrel is a metal tube on the carburetor through which air flows and is mixed with vaporized fuel. The choke valve is located at the top of the barrel. The throttle valve is located at the bottom of the barrel. Halfway down is the venturi, a portion of the barrel that narrows. Carburetors can have one, two, or four barrels.
